Learn how to make microwave mozzarella, whey pizza dough and easy whey bread! Enjoy pizza for lunch made with our own dough and cheese. Students take home recipes, a mini loaf of bread, extra whey to experiment with and any mozzarella not eaten! For ages 12 & up, ages 10-11 w/ adult. Instructor: Kim Roos from Garden Side Dairy in Jonesboro. Please bring: apron and toppings for your pizza! Also, please wear close-toed shoes and hat/tie hair back per state-licensed kitchen regulations. Course fee: $9 to $30 plus required materials fee: $5. Registration deadline: August 6. Minimum of eight participants required to run class.
